All players, parents, guardians, loved ones are welcome to complete the feedback surveys. There is one for players and one for parents, guaridans and loved ones. Responses are anonymous unless you wish us to contact you. We want to hear constructive feedback for the coaches, management of teams and the association. Feedback would be appreciated by April 15th.
