Our Association

The Prince George Ringette Association has been operating in Prince George since 1980, when the first team was created with the participation of twenty-two (22) players.

Today, Prince George Ringette has over 150 registered players each season with one or more teams in most divisions: FUNdamentals 1 and 2 (ages 4-9), U10 (ages 8-9), U12 (ages 10-11), U14 (ages 12-13), U16 (ages 14-15), U19 (ages 16-18), 18+ Open (age 19 and over) and FLEX adult recreational program.

Prince George Ringette Club teams compete in the Northern Ringette League and travel throughout BC to participate in invitational tournaments.

The Prince George Ringette Association is also part of the Ringette BC U14/U16/U19 Zone program in Zone 8 with the Quesnel Ringette Association.

During the second weekend of November, our association hosts the annual “Joy Hoffman Memorial Tournament”  where teams from around the Northern Ringette League (Quesnel, Terrace, and Houston) and the province come to play.
