"Catch the Spirit"
The Western Canadian Ringette Championships is a three-day tournament showcasing the best Ringette teams from the four Western Provinces, competing in the Tween AA, Junior A and Belle A divisions.
British Columbia Ringette Association, Prince George Ringette Association and the 2008 WCRC Committee are preparing to host the 2008 Westerns in Prince George from March 26 to 29, 2008.
The Western Canadian Ringette Championships (WCRC) host 15 teams from the four western provinces (British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba) including three host teams. Teams will be competing in three age divisions: Tweens AA, Junior A & Belle A. More than 500 visitors will arrive in our beautiful city, of which 270 players will compete in this prestigious event accompanied by coaches, trainers, and supportive parents.
Our goal is to host a first–rate event showcasing Ringette, and to ensure that the 2008 WCRC is both a memorable experience, that all participants from across western Canada will always treasure, as well as being a financial success.
