The Host Committee has reserved many rooms for teams, officials, and parents attending the Championships.
The rooms are blocked under the Western Canadian Ringette Championships.

Each Provincial Association will be in contact with the representatives of the attenting teams to assign the hotels.
Note: Teams are required to stay at their designated hotels.
