Prince George Ringette Association, the Nationals 2000 Steering Committee and the City of Prince George were proud to host the "First" Canadian Ringette Championships of the "Millennium", from April 3 - 8, 2000. It was the best Ringette week in Canada. Three "Host teams" represented the city with players from the Northern League and other regions of BC.
